Hi Team. I have used my RAD bags (I have 2) extensively on search and rescue and anti-poaching operations over the past year or so. I can confirm that it kept me warm and dry in very poor conditions. At one point I used it as a sleeping bag every night for five weeks, and in combination with a small tarp, it kept me dry in the worst conditions you can imagine. I cannot recommend it enough and am planning to get the adventure race version of it soon. I would suggest that you buy the zipped version, as it is just so versatile.

Best adventure racing purchase I’ve made. I’ve on several occasions convinced my team mates to sleep for a few hours purely because I really enjoy the magic that is the RadBag. I’ve only ever frozen my butt off once waking up and getting out of it, inside is a dream.

I have been using bivvy bags for over 30 years now, climbing and kayaking all over the world. My trusted Wild Country bag got to the point where I had to replace it. I got the RADBAG Original at a fraction of the price for an imported bag and the quality is as good. Seeing as I like to travel light, I hardly use a tent anymore and the RADBAG provides as much shelter against the elements as a tent, but is so much lighter. Highly recommend it for outdoor adventurers.

I carry this with me everywhere as a backup, I have used it in snow as a test and it has worked extremely well, kept me warm with my sleeping bag and inflatable mattress isa little tight in terms of space but for its purpose it has been amazing and it folds away nice and small. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a quality bivy bag
