We take pride in our products and in the unlikely event that you’re not happy with your RADBAG, please let us be the first to know: radbag@jim.co.za You might be eligible for a repair, exchange or refund.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee RADBAG products against faulty workmanship and materials. We try and make each RADBAG as rad as possible, but mistakes do happen and we’ll gladly sort you out with a repair or replacement if yours is one of those unlucky items.
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, but you still feel that the product hasn’t met your expectations, speak to us. If something is amiss with your product other than fair wear and tear or it hasn’t performed to expectations, we’ll gladly repair or exchange it for you.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds at all are granted:
- Item with obvious signs of use i.e. please don’t return your RADBAG after a full season of expedition racing 🙂
- Item showing obvious signs of abuse or unintended use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns Address
Please courier your item for return, exchange or repair to:
Unit 19, Block A, Millennium Business Park, 19 Edison Way, Century City, Cape Town, 7441, South Africa.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return, exchange or repair.
Please note:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at radbag@jim.co.za and send your item to the returns address above.
